Our accessibility approach
We use semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible labels, responsive layouts, text alternatives, clear focus behavior, and reduced reliance on color alone. Our engineering target is the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA.
What the daily automated check covers
The daily Cloudflare audit requests the principal public, account, agent, and legal pages and checks response availability, document language, titles, viewport configuration, main landmarks, heading structure, form labeling signals, image alternatives, button names, positive tabindex use, and autoplay media. Results and the exact check time are stored in D1 and shown above.
What still requires human review
Automation cannot establish legal compliance or complete WCAG conformance. Human review remains necessary for keyboard flow, focus order and visibility, screen-reader announcements, error recovery, zoom and reflow, color contrast in every state, motion, cognitive clarity, and third-party content. We combine automated monitoring with periodic manual review and user feedback.
Compatibility and assistance
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. If a feature is difficult to use, tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and task you were attempting. We will provide reasonable assistance and work to correct confirmed barriers.
Standards and legal context
WCAG is a technical accessibility standard. The U.S. Department of Justice explains that the ADA applies to web content offered by covered entities but does not prescribe one universal technical standard for every private website. This statement reports our practices and goals; it is not a legal certification or warranty of conformance.
