Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026United States

These terms govern access to Open House Route. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service
Open House Route helps users discover advertised open houses, view property information, create routes, and contact participating real-estate professionals. We provide a technology and marketing platform; we are not a real-estate brokerage, property inspector, lender, title company, or party to a real-estate transaction.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Agent and property submissions
Anyone submitting a property represents that they are the owner, listing agent, broker, or otherwise authorized to advertise it; that submitted text, photographs, and contact information may lawfully be published; and that event dates and times are accurate. Agents must provide valid licensing information. Listings may be reviewed, returned, unpublished, or removed. Expired events may be archived or deleted and must be resubmitted or rescheduled to appear again.
4. Accuracy and open-house availability
Listings come from agents and other third parties. We do not guarantee that information is complete or current, that a property remains available, or that an event will occur as scheduled. Confirm material details with the listing contact before traveling or making decisions.
5. Routes, maps, and third-party services
Routes and travel estimates are planning aids, not guarantees. Road conditions, travel times, accessibility, and showing windows can change. Map, email, payment, identity, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit false, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful material; impersonate another person; scrape or redistribute the service at scale; bypass security or access controls; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; or use personal data obtained through the service for unlawful solicitation or discrimination.
7. Paid plans
Paid features, pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees already charged are nonrefundable. We may change future pricing with advance notice. Taxes may apply.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights. The Open House Route service, branding, software, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open House Route and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed events, property conditions, or third-party conduct. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice. Applicable law and forum will be determined by mandatory law and the operator’s principal place of business unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Questions or legal notices may be submitted through our support form.
